This housing estate lies in the midst of Balornock and Barmulloch. Designed by Sam Bunton of Glasgow Corporation in 1962, the flats were constructed between 1964 and 1969. They are a steel framed high rise construction and consist of eight blocks. Two slabs and six points. The slabs have 25 storeys and the points have 31 storeys and were built to contain a population of 4,700 people.

Views from the blocks are astounding, the Campsie Hills, Erskine Bridge and Dumbarton Rock can be seen from here.
